Admin formatting lost after restore [solved]

I have been running v 1.0.2 forever, and decided to upgrade. Long story short, there wre incompatibilities, and I had to restore the 1.0.2 from the backup. The site itself is fine, but all formatting in the admin area is gone, so navigating around the backend is a pain. I presume  it is not finding a template, but all files were restored, so i don't know why that should be.
Any suggestions on what may have happened, and how to fix it?

When you say you restored the original - do you mean you deleted the upgrade, then restored the original....?
Did you try "Site Admin" --> "Global Settings" --> "Advanced Setup" --> "Clear cache"?

Beautiful, thanks guys. I went looking for a module that might not have been deleted when I restored, and I found a file manager module and Tiny MCE. Deleted those and it's back. Yay!
Now i just need to get my provider to upgrade PHP so I can upgrade properly!
