Forum made easy error

I searched for this before posting but no luck with any feedback.

I have this error troubling me in the forum made easy module. I have all related modules up and running and upto date but now I have the following error appearing in the individual posts when you view them.

Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array in /var/www/engintranet/htdocs/cmsmadesimple/modules/Forum/Forum.module.php on line 414


other than this its working great. Ideas?
