SOLVED: No button Label text showing

SOLVED: No button Label text showing

Just had to migrate servers to one with a apache 2.2 and php 5.3  Now all of the button labels and other text from the language files are not displaying.  Any idea what could be the problem?

UPDATE: I found that the version I had was running depreciated commands.  Updated cmsms from 1.2-current.
