I'm a new user, and the Module Manager seems like a great way to get information on modules and to install them. But it seems the list of modules is not up-to-date or not in synch with the list of modules at the Forge, with many modules at the Forge not appearing in the Module Manager.
Do I need to change the ModuleRepository URL in Module Manager in order to access the full, up-to-date list of modules?
Module Manager not up-to-date?
Re: Module Manager not up-to-date?
As the text above the ModuleManager is stating, is it not necessarily showing the latest version of all modules. The MoMa works with the XMLs of the different modules, and it isnt required to release XMLs with every module-release. So either there might be no XML available for a version, or the XML might have been corrupted during transfer to the repository.
Only place for latest versions is the forge, as that is the source for the modules.

Thanks for explaining that.
Re: Module Manager not up-to-date?
I was under the impression it also won't show modules the have a lower cmsms requirement, as some modules have "maximum version of cmsms" type setting in the xml...
Re: Module Manager not up-to-date?
It would be great if there was a way to view the "Help" information for modules via the Forge, like you can in Module Manager. The summary page in Forge is most of the time not sufficient to get an understanding of what a module does. Screenshots would be great too, especially for the more advanced modules.
