install cmsMS on local pc and then upload the whole thing to the server

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

If it won't run by installing it on your server it won't work by doing that way either as it has to run on a server in the first place to do a site transfer...

You may want to move to a better host that will allow CMS Made Simple to be installed, have you looked at the host Arvixe, they have a banner ad below on most forum pages?...
