Change Admin Language

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

Change Admin Language

I installed with a foreign language, and now want to switch the admin to english. I found a way to change the frontend, but how to change the backend language?

Do I need to re-install?
