Help needed to center site and sub menu sorted

Hi Please can any one sort my site. http://www.extremebobcats.com.au I can't get it to center. Needs to work in IE and fire fox.
Also I can add sub menus to my site in the admin area but they don't show on the site.
I think a quick job for someone who knows what there doing !
Please let me know how much you would charge to sort. I did the site as a favour for a favour but would like to get it sorted for them.

To center, in your stylesheet change the margins to:

margin: 0 auto;

in the logo, logo h1, logo h2 and page entries in the testcss stylesheet.

For your menu, please post the menu template you're using.
