Duplicate page name in cms site links - Using 1.8.2

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

This is fixed in the upcoming 1.9. TinyMCE had an issue with INTERNAL urls as use_hierarchy....
