Clean URLs broke News Page

I upgraded our website to version .13, and everything is running swimmingly, except for one thing; the links to our news summaries are not working.  Here's the url to the news page:

http://www.darcorp.com/News/

If you look at the titles of the news articles, they should link to the detail page for that post.  Instead, for some reason they pull up just a module I wrote to display the five most recent news posts - no homepage, no nothing.  However, if you go to address bar and change 'news' in the url to 'News' (so just capitalize the N), it works fine.  The only problem is, I can't figure out for the life of me where it generates this URL, so I have no idea how to fix it.  I am also rather curious as to why it is behaving in this way - changing capitalization in the traditional URLs, such as http://www.darcorp.com/index.php?mact=N ... eturnid=36 , doesn't have any effect.  But mainly I just need to figure out how to fix it first.  Thanks in advance for the help.
