Simple Feedback/Formbuilder Issues

Strange problem just showed up on my site. I had been using SimpleFeedback in an existing template (Top Menu 2 Col) and inserting {cms_module module='SimpleFeedback'} in the right column content.

I went to the page and there is no styling. When I view sources, there is no . I downloaded FormBuilder thinking it was a bug in SF, but the same thing happens. When I remove the smartytag, the styling (and ) shows up. I tried building a copy of a page that works properly and adding that smartytag, same thing happens

I'm running CMSMS v 1.6

Any help or tips greatly appreciated.

We don't support versions that old, but most likely you added it using tiny, look at it with tiny turned off and you may find the {  } parts turned into html entities, change them back to {  } and it may work...
