Add basic auction facility to CMSMS site?

Hi, I have a client that wants to add a basic auction (for charity items etc) facility to their site. Site is currently running V1.82.

If this is possible, and you can do it, please make contact as soon as possible, with expected costs etc as the client would like the work done yesterday.
