I dont know how to get by step 5

Hello!
Can somebody please help me waht to do by step 5 when installing through leech ftp.
I dont really know what to fill out there en when i fill out the ftp, username en password of the bookmark in leech i get this

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, support@one.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

you need to provide a lot more information, including at least the version of CMSMS you are installing, details about your server, etc.

This does not even appear to be related to CMSMS, as it sounds like the error is occurring when you are creating a "bookmark" in your FTP program.  If this is correct, you need to contact the developer or support group for that software.
