Mobile admin theme

Needed to update some pages with my mobile phone (nokia communicator 9500) and default admin theme wont work with it so I created this theme. Basically just cutted of some images and html and a small css..

couldnt test with other mobile devices but I think it should work ok

Doesn't work here. I seem to recall that theme support was removed from the backend a couple of days ago
