Well, CMSMS can certainly do what you're looking for, and it's an easy to use, well maintained and growing CMS.

In regards to the migration of your forum data, you could possibly write a script to handle that, if you're a PHP coder. If not, you may be able to contract/employ one of the "Forum Made Simple" module developers to create one for you.
