Wired problem with language [Solved]

Hello

My default language is Estonian and mostly everything works fine.
But if i edit in one module some article its in english (like all the menus and editing labels also) - and after saving its back to estonian. and the most wired thing is that when you add new article it's in estonian - like normal!
i know that editing and adding uses the same tpl file. so if someone have any idea how to solve it, please let me know.
