Howto backup your CMSMS/Content?

Hi im using the lastest CMSMS 1.8.2 with EasyPHP last version

And i want to save my CMSMS site and port it on another server how should I start?

IS there a function already in CMSMS to do that or a module i can use? to save my content and DB?

For backing up, there are the default things, like the db-managers to backup the database.

Within CMSMS there are some modules,

Filebackup; for backing up the files
MySQLDump and DatabaseBackup; for database backup

For pushing a site to another server, there is the SitePusher.
