[SOLVED] Photo Gallery FancyBox Navigation Arrows do not show in IE8

Post by dizzyfish »

Hi

The other templates work fine, but not the one my client wants...
My client is stressing out! I need to put this up asap!

What is the deal with FancyBox?

Using CMSms 1.8.2

Gallery 1.4.1

IE8 is hiding the navigation arrows and other text items any ideas on how I can solve this?

Thanks

A lot of times I make a new style sheet for any albums as it lets me tweak it, then attach that to the page template...

Hi,

check in the Gallery the Fancybox CSS
At the bottom there is specific styling for IE:
#fancybox-loading.fancybox-ie div { background: transparent; filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.AlphaImageLoader(src='modules/Gallery/templates/fancybox/fancy_loading.png', sizingMethod='scale'); }
Check if the path is correct, alpha loader doesn't load images the same way as background:url(path) which is loading these relative to css file.

Yes and Thank You uniqu3, you are correct that the path was not correct.

Thanks, I am so burnt out on this site. It is all I have been doing for a few weeks now...

One last fix on the way the forms look and I am done... I am really looking forward to a break.
