CMSMS Programmer/Designer needed for Phase II site development

We just completed a complete site redesign with CMSMS as the backbone. We now need to add some advanced secure login capabilities. I'm looking for someone has a good understanding of CMSMS and the available modules that we might be able to leverage for this. We need to set up a whole user role management system so that we can deliver digital content based on subscription levels behind the login. The system needs to track subscription components and monitor login activity.
