interesting site, but not much information about this person. I have never been to the Philippines, so I had to google for »Cotabato empire«, I think there are also some more internet surfers, who never heard about this province. The sentences on the start page are somehow poor with information. I'm missing a page with much more information about this person.
I would remove this google ads. It lookes like an alien element in your design. How much would you earn? I think that the damage/harm is bigger than the benefit. Here in Germany, google shows me links for low tax credits and a dating agency!
Style your footer links; what is »Policy« for? After clicking on Email there appears a new site: http://www.piang.net:2095/
The same with the link Descendants Chart, you have to warn the users, that this is an outgoing link.
