Build a database with searchable, sortable and favorites

I've got a customer who is starting an ovum agency and the site will be built in CMSMS, the only thing is that I don't have the php/mysql chops to create the database of donors. This database is logged into from the web by registered users, it will have the following:

Login and Password creation manually after you approve of the couple registering
10-15 fields
Ability to sort and search database based on 10-15 fields
Save to favorites
Manage the admin so that people can change their password
Have a thumbnail image of user
Have several 1-5 photos of the donor (maybe)
Resize photos automatically
Easy wysiwyg admin for the web master
