Hello, there.
My company is running CMS 1.6.6, with the following modules installed:
CMS Mailer 1.73.14, File Manager 1.0.1, MenuManager 1.6.2, ModuleManager 1.3.1, News 2.10.3, nySOAP 1.0.1, Printing 1.0.4, Search 1.6.1, ThemeManager 1.1.1, TinyMCE 2.5.5, FormBuilder 0.6.1, CGExtensions 1.18.2, and SiteMapMadeSimple 1.2.1.
Our current PHP version is 5.2.6-1+lenny8.
And finally, our server database is MySQL version 5.0.51a.
I'm afraid I am no expert at web design or coding, but I do my best with my limited knowledge. I have been building a website for a corporate event, www.cargofactssymposium.com, and I am running into repeated issues with it. Specifically, while I sometimes have no problems adding new material, even entire new tabs and subsections to the main page, other times, I will add something, and half the HTML code for the page is obliterated once I hit "submit," basically causing the page to end mid-stride, while before submission of changes, the page went on for far longer. This has happened multiple times, to the point that I now leave Notepad open with a copy of the pre-alteration code copied into it whenever I change even the smallest things. I hope this description isn't too vague, but does anyone out there have any idea what is happening, and how I can go about correcting the problem?
Help Question: Disappearing Code
Re: Help Question: Disappearing Code
What is the memory limit set to?
What is the browser's script timeout set to?
What is the server timeout setting?

Re: Help Question: Disappearing Code
Under "config information," the PHP memory limit entry is blank, weirdly enough. Under "PHP Information, the PHP Effective Memory Limit (memory_limit) is 32M. As for the "timeouts" you mention, I don't see anything about that in there... Do you know where I can find that? Again, forgive me, I am NOT an IT or graphic design person...

You may be adding too much text on the page. You should try this:
