Is there a way to make {moretext=""} an image?

I'm looking for a way to make the "read more" link in the news module be an image.  There's got be a simple way, I'm just not sure of the syntax.

Not really, but you can use the syntax of the title link to make one as they both go to the same place...

you cna try it like this (and Dr.CSS suggested):
