Stage 2 starts Blank

I get all the success messages on stage one.
I hit continue.
the page loaded is blank.

Any ideas?

I am seeing this as well, with 0.13

I get success on all issues on stage 1, and then when stage two loads, it stays blank in firefox, and page not found in IE.

This is my first install on my brothers server. My previous installs on my own server had no issues.

It fixed it self when I tried to access it from home.

can't do it from work apparently.
