Trouble writing Album module template

I have this temple for the Album module

Albumnaam : {$album->name}/({$albumnumber}/{$albumcount})    foto nummer : {$picturenumber}/{$picturecount}

The first time I open the album it doesn't show a foto. When I hit the 'eerste', the 'vorige' etc the first foto wil show.

What is wrong with this template. It looks like it is trying to show picture 0.

Please help !!!
