Clicking the menu makes IE flickering

Hello there,

I've got a problem with Internet Explorer. When I click a menu button it seems like IE reloads all background graphics. There's a very short white blank site before the new content is visible.
Do I have to allow caching somewhere? It works fine in Firefox...

Look in the default NCleanBlue template for the IE background caching code and copy it to your template, don't forget the {literal} tags around it...
