Where to turn off wysiwyg? {solved}

Ok, this is silly, I know it's there, but I can't find the toggle to make content (pages) start with wysiwyg unchecked and turned off. I think it's in the site-admin section somewhere, but I can't find it.

Any help would be appreciated, :o Chris

hmm, I see a way to turn off tinymci there, but my goal is to just have the content load with it off, but the toggle to turn it on still there under the form.

oh man, thank you very much, I search and searched and overlooked that. Was driving me nuts, one of many things today, actually! Long day, but with this I am done for now.
