cms_module_CreateInputText function documentation needed

I need to know how cms_module_CreateInputText function works. Does anyone have the documentation saved for this function?

The online documentation is currently not working for this function (and others).

The same spot, I just clicked on CMSModule under Classes first

I see...

I clicked on "cms_module_CreateInputText" under "Functions" first, which didn't work. This could be confusing to beginners at CMSMS like myself; perhaps it could be fixed?
