Logging File Downloads

My website contaiusn many PDF and Word documents, is there anyway I can log how often they are downloaded?

Is there a module I can install that will give me these stats?

The Uploads module only monitors files uploaded..... i need to understand what files are are being downloaded by users?

im a bit new to the CMS made Simple world

Uploads also tracks downloads.

The themes site for cmsms uses Uploads module, look to see how it shows the number of DLs, it even lets you make a template showing the most DLed...
