Admin "Parent" dropdown: how to display page menu text instead of title

When creating or editing pages, I was wondering how it might be possible to change the text displaying in the "parent" dropdown from showing page titles to page menu text.  For heavy SEO or long titles, it gets a little out of hand and would be much cleaner to use menu text.

I looked in editcontent.php and also tried to track it down through variables. Can't figure out where this select menu is made.
