CMSMS installation and design help

Hello! I have a website that I would like to upgrade to use CMSMS.  Having little technical experience I am looking for someone to help me with this.

As well as help with the installation, I need some creative help on the design side, tightening up the logo and overall appearance to give a more professional look.

I am keen to have this work done as soon as possible.  If anyone can help me with this or knows anyone who can that would be much appreciated.  Of course I am willing to pay for such help!
