Pet/Vet Finder Module

Hi,

I am looking for someone that can develop a module that will allow for people to search for rescued pets. The info that they would fill out is:
***Part 1***
Categories (Right now there are only going to be dogs and cats but ability to add more categories)
Breed
Image
Pure or Mixed
Age of Animal (Might not need this but I don't want to leave anything out)
Location of Animal
Distance to (this would be figured by your location) *ability to mapquest maybe?

I would then also like a tab for vets with fields
Name of Animal Hospital
Address
Image
Phone number
Website
Hours of operation
Distance to (this would be figured by your location) *ability to mapquest maybe?
Services offered
And specialties (emergency, weekends, limitations such as no over nights, house calls

Last there would be one for Animal Friendly areas such as hotels, parks etc with fields of
Type: (dropdown)
Location
Rules or other info

Hopefully all these would come with the ability to add field definitions just incase I need to add different information later

***Part 2***
I would like to have the ability for the end user to if they like a pet but aren't sure and want to keep looking to add them to a list that they can then view and compare. Limiting it to 4 or 5 would be fine. I would like it if this list could be remembered so the next time they login they could then see the animals they were looking at and if they see a new one they can add it to their list they are looking at.

***Part 3***

A wanted section where people can post the same info as a search that they would like. And this would post to a page where the Pet Rescuers can keep an eye on and if they get an animal that matches the description, they can call that person. It doesn't need to cross-reference and let them know when a match comes in, it would just be a list but I would like to be able to set an expiration so that it isn't on there for more than 90 days or less if we decide.


This would need to be able to connect with FEU or have a way where different Animal Rescuers can login and add this information as well as vets and people who would like to share parks and hotels that they think are a nice place for pets.
