Got a Warning message

Post by snamla »

I am trying to edit my pages in my admin console but this is what i got
Warning! You have the static config-file option enabled but your /tmp/ dir is not writable. This will prevent the module from saving the static config-file and will most probably render TinyMCE inoperational.
I also could not edit the pages there. Any workaround here? I already encountered this message before and have tried changing the "permission" of the /temp/ dir to 777 and also cleared the cache. I managed to edit then, but again, here it goes (the warning).. I guess there is a correct way to do it.

Please help

In extensions > tiny you must have set the static config option, try turning it off to see if it helps, very few sites need it...
