Experienced CMS Made Simple Web Developer Needed

Hello,

I have a lot of web development work coming up - in fact, more than I can handle by myself.  I really need someone who is VERY proficient with CMS Made Simple to help me out with upcoming web projects. In addition to being skilled in all things CMSMS, it would be very helpful if you also possessed some design skills too.

Here's the scoop: I contract with a network of specific non profit organizations.  They all have existing websites, however, they are old and mostly dated.  I develop new websites for them using CMSMS (been using this CMS for 2 years now, and I think it's the best, and easiest to train not-so-tech-savvy persons how to make updates, etc.), and port over their old website's information, forms, pdf's, etc.  I also create new header logos, etc.

In addition to the aforementioned skill sets, I am also looking for someone who is reliable, and can get things done under reasonable, yet sometimes stringent deadlines.  I prefer to hire someone (as an independent contractor) in the USA (I am from Washington, DC), and who speaks English as their first language.
