{stylesheet name=""} doesn't work

Hi,

I'm trying to load different stylesheets for IE and Firefox. I can do this with commented if statements, and putting {stylesheet name="IE"} or name="FF" in between them.
I added the stylesheets to the template, but they don't load. Do I have to do something else to get them working like this ?
