Create delete record link

I'm a newbie and creating my first module.
I managed to create te install, the uninstall, the defaultadmin page with a list of the items (players) and a link to add new items (players). Now I want to place a delete item (record) icon behind every item row and when the item is click to delete te specific record. I lookud add the news module and tryed ctlmodulemaker created module but I'm a real newbie.

I cannot figure out how to create a delete record link in the list.

Can someone help me an advise me ( a small expample maybe)
