Formbuilder - Files get uploaded, but no attachment gets send

Hello,

I build a form with 3 upload fields.

When i send the form, the files get uploaded to my server. But when i receive the e-mail with the submittion there are nog attachments in the e-mail.

In the results that are send i made 3 lines with a link to the files. In these links the url is:

http://www.mydomain.nl/uploads/[not submitted]

So, the files do get uploaded, because i see them when i use FTP. But the location of the file is nu submitted or files do not get attached to my mail.
