Problems with the RSS module..!

At the very bottom (under the last Google Ad) at this page http://www.webdesign123.dk/ i have the following URL to a BBC RSSfeed:

The problem is, as you can see at http://www.webdesign123.dk/, that i have a lot of nocache: outputs on the page. I have tried different links to RSSfeeds with the same results?

CMS Made Simple: Fiji 0.12
Server: Apache/2.0.51 (Fedora)
PHP: (PHP3 og PHP4)

Is there nocache output with piRSS plugin too?

hmmm i dont know where i can place "pirss.tpl" and i get this error message:

string(50) "Smarty error: unable to read resource: "pirss.tpl""

?

Please look at the help  ...

Copy the template pirss.tpl to tmp/templates !!!!
