Feedback form questions

Hi all,

I have setup the feedback form and had a few questions...

1. Where do you define the mailto address? It has a field in the configuration for a from address but not too. When I tested it, I never received the e-mail. I did install and test the CMS Mailer Module and that worked fine. Is it supposed to use that same e-mail address by default? If so, any ideas as to why I didn't receive the test I did from the form?

2. Can you have more than 5 options in the pulldown menu. By default, it looks like there are only 5 but I need more like 30 or 40.

Any help (as always) would be greatly appreciated.
