[SOLVED]"Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated" problem

Help with getting the CMS CORE package up and running. This does not include 3rd party modules, PHP scripts, anything downloaded via module manager or from any external source.

So I tried installing cmsmadesimple on my Windows Xp, but the installation page gives a error like this. (Look picture)http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/4351/yarre.jpg
What is the problem and how i can fix it?

There is a good chance it is using php 5.3 which cmsms doesn't support/use atm....
