Need help with horizontal menu using Menu Manager

Need help with horizontal menu using Menu Manager

I have been trying to modify the standard top menu navigation (stylesheet: CSS Menu-horizontal) so that the 2nd level elements (subcategories) display horizontally in a row below the main menu. The 3rd and 4th level will remain fly out menus. Does anyone know an effective way to do this?

You would need extensive knowledge of CSS to do this, if not you may have to pay for it...

Let's say that Technista does have extensive CSS knowledge, what would be the general concept to achieve the desired menu behavior.

I'm also interested in a similar menu structure and am just starting to look at coding up this functionality.
