FORMBUILDER Conditional hide question

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I'm not quite sure how to word what I'm looking for.

I've got a option group with 6 options, and when option 6 (value is 'Other') is checked, I want a text input ('if_other') to appear, otherwise I want the input to stay hidden.  Is there anyway to accomplish this?  FYI, I know nothing of JavaScript...
