Pagination using siblings

Pagination using siblings

is there an easy way to create a pagination system using sibling pages? i.e. the first content page under the parent would be considered 1, second page 2 etc. and then to generate a pagination system for listing siblings so you can flick between them using back / next, 1, 2, 3 etc. I'm thinking this might be doable with the menu manager so it could then be placed on any pages?
