I jut switched over to using CMSMS for my website and overall I am liking it a lot.
Only complaint is that the documentation mentions a default RSS Module that can be used for news feeds but when I go into my extensions there is no RSS Module listed.
I found another RSS Module but there were no installation instructions so I decided not to mess with it.
Any help would be appreciated

While I haven't used the RSS module myself I do know how to install modules!!
Just download the zip file from the Development section (CMS Forge) and unzip it, copy the RSS folder into the modules directory on your site.
Then go to the admin section of your site click on Extensions --> Modules
You should see the RSS module there now. Click install
As for using the module try clicking the Help button. Usually the helps are really good.
