tinymc problem

i have used cmsms for many websites and have never had a problem with the tinymc editor but this time firstly i had too tick Use static config file: which i never have before

My question or problem is that i cant insert images i get this error no url on server any help please i can isert in image manager

Did you check your path setting in the config.php?
Is this a new install, an excisting website or a moved website?
