quote needed for extensive module work

Hi,

I need a quote for some module work for a client of mine - url removed

I have a test version of the site with some of the required functionality here: url removed

here is what I need quotes for:
1.) members of staff need to be able to log in to the backend to add funerals. The funerals are in a CGCalendar, as you will see custom fields have been created but for some reason they don't work, I don't care what the reason is, I will pay to make them work.DONE

2.) Once the custom fields are working, in the "Event" page the postcode needs to be pulled in to a link to a Google map so that people looking at the funeral can see where the funeral service is, where the cemetary / crematorium service is, how to get there from where they are and a link to local hotels and accommodation (as listed in Google business - I know these come up in the maps, I'm sure there must be a way to get that list of local accommodation). The link should be to a page on Google - not on this site - it doesn't need to be "skinned" to look like our site, it's a link to an external site, as a service to customers.DONE
3.) Again, already partially implemented, in the interactive section it needs to be possible for those booking the funeral to have an FEU login that they can share with others coming to the funeral to add content to a CGFeedback module (posing as a book of condolence). Once the date of the funeral arrives, we need to be able to list all of these condolences into a pdf which we can then print for the client.DONE with comments

4.) In the estimator - this is to be a collection of formbuilder forms maintaining a running total between them. Or another solution if you can think of one. Probably using the Product module to store the descriptions, pictures and prices. Uniquely among funeral directors, (details removed) wish their prices to be entirely transparent and so are offering to take people through the quoting process and give them an estimate at the end of what the funeral will cost. I have the whole thing written up and am typing it up. The stages of the estimate are:

a.) tite, first name and surname of deceased, date of birth of deceased, is the deceased male or female
b.) Where is name at the moment? When did name die? How far is name from our offices (give them a link to http://www.theaa.com, later on we can add postcode distance measurement).
c.) Have you decided on burial or cremation?
what denomination is name (we have a list, with prices, for the service)
if cremation - which crematorium (from list or other)(we have a list, with prices, for the cremation)
if cremation - is the coroner investigating the death?
if burial - where would you like the burial to take place? (we have a list, with prices, for the burial)
d.) Where would you like the funeral service to be held?
e.) What kind of hearse do you want? (pick a hearse, pick a limo, decide where it is coming from and where it is going)
f.) Are floral tributes required?
g.) Would you like to make a donation to charity in honour of name
h.) please choose your coffin (if burial) or casket (if cremation).
i.) our standard fees
j.) optional services
k.) grave marker
l.) headstone

Please let me know:
How long each of the 4 bits of work would take, how much it would cost, your lead time, how long til they're ready.

This has now been substantially reduced as I have worked out a few bits myself, told the client that some of it is unfeasible and basically reduced the spec.

We are now just looking at the estimator, the rest of it I can do myself.

We have a budget of $3,000 - would this suffice?
