you want to move your entire existing site into CMSMS, or you want to use CMSMS for only part of your site (like a blog or announcements), but keep your existing site framework for the rest of the site?

Yes that is what i am after. ok, I'm confused. There were two options in my last post. You quoted both of them and said "Yes that is what I am after". Which one?
