Update to 0.11.2 to 0.12.1

I'm trying to update my website to 0.12.1

It works ok if I use update script and copy my old CSSMenu folder to Modules.
But I want change my old menu to the new MenuManager module.

The update script not copy the new templates that use this module
¿what tables I need to copy/update?
¿Only cms_module_templates?

Maybe the update script need some changes to copy this new stuff if not exist in the database
