moved site from a sub directory directly off the web root and now the sites broken! how do i fix it?
i get this error:

Have you changed config.php ? Post it to forum (without DB password).

Did you run the checksum for the files? Sounds like something is missing or corrupted.
If all else fails, use a bigger hammer.
