How do I Display Modules - PiFaq, PunBB on my site?

I've done some searching and and can't seem to locate the answer...

I've installed the pifaq module as well as the punbb module.  The look great when I access them through the admin login. 

How do I link the punBB to my site so it shows up in the horizontal menu?

How do I show piFaq in the second column on specific pages?
