How to check for language contents

I have a MLE site running 1.6 with DK and EN contents.

For pages where there is only english (default) contents, I would like to display a "this page only available in English" text on the page.

How do I do that ? - I mean; how can I check if a page has only contents in one language ?

Also, I have seen others comment that they can get the language indicator to show only the flags/languages that are available for the page - but that does not work at my site. Do I have to do something special in order to get it working ?

Under Site Admin/MLE Settings tick: Show from DEFAULT_LANG if current lang is not ready,
and all flags will always be there, AND if a language is not ready the default language is displayed.
But you want it the other way, so if the checkbox is ticked, untick it.

Your other question:
Since I don't know how and where translated content is stored an called, I honestly don't know how to check for that.

You can do with a UDT but you must have some skills
